Vaccine transportation
Cold-chain delivery for vaccines and immunobiological products, using the manufacturer’s required temperature range.
Delivery of medicines, diagnostic products and medical consumables to healthcare facilities, with the required temperature range and agreed handover process.
Healthcare facilities need the correct product, at the agreed receiving point, with its condition and documents checked. We deliver pharmaceutical and medical products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and distribution points. The logistics plan depends on the product’s manufacturer instructions and the recipient’s receiving requirements.
Small temperature-sensitive consignments travel in an appropriate thermal container. Larger batches can use groupage or a dedicated refrigerated vehicle; urgent routes may include an air leg. BIOCARD coordinates the equipment, temperature logging and delivery process, and confirms suitability and timing before dispatch.

Choose the exact range from the manufacturer’s instructions. We carry the required conditions into the transport plan rather than assuming that every medicine uses +2…+8 °C.
Cold-chain delivery with the validated equipment configuration and a logger. Some vaccines require a frozen range; the actual product’s instructions determine the mode.
Confirm whether the shipment is temperature-sensitive, fragile, light-sensitive or subject to specific handling. Provide piece counts and outer dimensions.
Investigational products, comparator drugs and study-site materials follow the agreed clinical-trial logistics process. BIOCARD has worked in this area since 2007.
Courier delivery suits smaller consignments; groupage serves scheduled box and pallet shipments; a dedicated vehicle suits larger or individual tasks. For urgency or distance, we assess air freight. The team agrees the route and receiving window before collection.
A temperature logger records conditions along the route. The report is available in the order’s Files tab once attached. Tell us the recipient’s department, opening hours, contact details, document requirements and any access restrictions so the delivery handover can be planned.
The 2026 domestic delivery calculator uses the same tariff as the Russian site. Enter the destination, weight, dimensions and required temperature. Special handling, international transport and non-standard routes need a separate quotation. A quote request is not a transport order; see how to start working with BIOCARD.
Yes. Provide the sender and recipient addresses, healthcare facility contact details, receiving window, product description and required temperature range. The team confirms the delivery plan for the consignment.
Small consignments can use courier delivery, including temperature-controlled transport in a thermal container. Eligibility, product requirements and the route are confirmed before dispatch.
The plan includes the product’s handling and temperature requirements, appropriate equipment, temperature records where required and an agreed handover process. It is designed for the actual medical consignment.
Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.
Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. If you have no electronic signature or need different contract terms, the manager agrees the contract route. Storage is arranged separately. How to start working with BIOCARD →
Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
