What we ship in
BIOCARD develops and manufactures SafePack thermal packaging. SafePack thermal containers with phase-change materials (PCM) have been validated and are registered as a medical device. Selected validated configurations hold the required range for up to 96 hours without external power under the conditions specified in their protocols. The model, coolant preparation, ambient conditions and route determine the suitable configuration. This PCM holding time does not establish the duration of a dry-ice shipment. We specify the shipment’s temperature range in the contract and are responsible for the temperature inside our SafePack packaging.

BIOCARD develops SafePack packaging, Bluetooth temperature loggers, its client platform and mobile app. We are gradually connecting these tools to automation and AI so that customers can obtain useful information and calculations with fewer repeated questions.

Questions before shipping
Can I calculate delivery in English?
Yes. Use the calculator at the top of this page or the full English calculators and tariffs. Courier and groupage delivery use the published Russian tariff, expressed in RUB; international transport is an indicative estimate. Contract customers use their agreed rates.
How do I choose a SafePack container?
The courier calculator can help select a container by cargo dimensions. Check the required range, configuration and validation conditions before shipping. Read about SafePack packaging or ask us to confirm the model.
Does “up to 96 hours” apply to every shipment?
No. This holding time applies to validated configurations under specified conditions. The model, coolant preparation, ambient conditions and route matter. A dry-ice shipment needs a separate calculation; the PCM holding time does not establish a dry-ice duration.
Can I get a temperature report?
The report is available in the request’s Files tab once attached. If it is missing, give the team your order number and ask for it. Temperature report guide.
What if cargo is damaged or the temperature is outside the agreed range?
Record the discrepancy at receipt, preserve the packaging and collect the available shipment documents. The quality team reviews the case using the agreed terms and actual evidence. Claims and responsibility; handling deviations.
