How to start using BIOCARD services

You can check the price and transit time before signing anything, using the delivery calculator or by contacting a manager. To work under the public offer, the customer signs the application for accession to the General Terms of Service before the first delivery order.

Acceptance is signed only by the customer, using a qualified electronic signature through electronic document exchange (EDI). BIOCARD does not countersign it, and a paper original is not required. After signing, the email address in the acceptance receives a registration link for the client account. Delivery orders are submitted in that account.

If you do not have EDI or a qualified electronic signature, or need individually agreed terms, your manager will coordinate a contract and send a draft. Responsible storage is arranged separately and is not provided under the public offer. See the steps for starting work.
