Temperature-controlled medicine delivery
Door-to-door courier delivery in SafePack thermal containers, with temperature logging and the published 2026 calculator.
Careful transport of cosmetic products: the required temperature range, protection of fragile packaging and a clear plan from collection to delivery.
Creams, lotions, serums and other cosmetic products may need protection from heat, freezing, light or mechanical damage. Their bottles and dispensers can be more fragile than the product itself. We start with the manufacturer’s requirements, the packaging and the route, then agree how the consignment should travel.
BIOCARD combines its own vehicles, SafePack thermal containers, temperature loggers and warehouse operations. A temperature-sensitive consignment can travel in a thermal container or an appropriate vehicle; goods that do not need cold-chain control use the agreed general-cargo option. We select the method for the actual product rather than applying one temperature range to every cosmetic.

Send the manufacturer’s storage and transport instructions, including any limits for temperature, light and orientation. Identify liquids or aerosols that need a dangerous-goods assessment.
Describe bottles, glass containers and other fragile items. Agree outer packaging, cushioning, loading and securing before collection; thermal protection does not replace protection against breakage.
Where the manufacturer requires a controlled range, we select a suitable thermal container or vehicle and a temperature logger. Holding time depends on the configuration and route conditions.
Provide both addresses, contact details, opening hours, piece count and dimensions. We check access, handover requirements and the delivery option before confirming the shipment.
A SmartSensor logger records the conditions along the route. Its readings are retrieved through receivers or a compatible phone; this is a recorded history, not a promise of a live stream from every location. A temperature report is available in the client account once attached to the order. Ask the team which records are required for your consignment.
If your operation needs receiving, stock records, picking and dispatch, discuss the required warehouse zone and product suitability with our team. Storage is arranged separately from the public transport offer. For an international route, send the product description and documents in advance so our customs team can check the applicable formalities.
The route, number and dimensions of pieces, weight, required temperature and any special handling affect the calculation. For an eligible domestic courier consignment, the published delivery calculator gives a tariff estimate. Non-standard packing, dedicated vehicles and international shipments are quoted for the agreed task.
No. The required conditions come from the manufacturer’s instructions. Some products need a controlled range; others need protection from freezing, heat or fragile-package damage without refrigeration. Send those instructions with the quote request.
We agree packaging and handling for the actual consignment, including the outer box, cushioning, loading and securing. Confirm requirements with the team before dispatch.
Send the origin and destination, product type, manufacturer’s conditions, piece count, actual weight and dimensions. Use the domestic calculator for a published tariff estimate or ask the team to assess a special route.
Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.
Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. If you have no electronic signature or need different contract terms, the manager agrees the contract route. Storage is arranged separately. How to start working with BIOCARD →
Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
