Biosample and laboratory material storage

A 30,000 m² Class A pharmaceutical warehouse in Vyrubovo near Odintsovo, Moscow Region: we store medicines, vaccines and biomaterials in +2…+8, −20 and −80 °C chambers, under a pharmaceutical licence and with location-based records. Custodial storage — from a single pallet.
A pharmaceutical warehouse is not just “space in a warehouse”: it means storing medicines in the right temperature mode, under a licence, with documented records for every batch and with the custodian responsible for the safety of the goods and for the storage conditions. That is why custodial storage of medicines is formalised by a contract: a medicine stored in breach of the required conditions is as unfit for use as one transported in breach of them.
BIOCARD stores pharmaceutical cargo at a Class A warehouse in Vyrubovo (Odintsovo urban district, Moscow Region, Russia). The warehouse is multi-temperature and licensed, with a warehouse management system (WMS) and location-based storage. We offer the full range of warehousing services for pharma and medical devices: receiving, storage by temperature mode, batch and expiry-date records, picking by FEFO (first expired, first out) and dispatch for transport. We are responsible for both storage and the transport of medicines, so the cargo does not have to be passed between contractors. The warehouse is part of our full-cycle pharmaceutical logistics. Delivering health!

The multi-temperature warehouse covers the main pharmaceutical temperature modes — from room temperature to deep freezing. We choose a separate zone for each medicine.
Tablets, solutions and most “ordinary” medicines under constant control of temperature and humidity.
Vaccines, insulins and biologics — the most common pharmaceutical mode, maintained continuously.
Frozen plasma, certain biologics and reagents.
Temperature-sensitive vaccines and biosamples, clinical trial materials.
Scanner-assisted receiving, a check against the documents and placement into the right temperature zone, with location-based records for every pallet and box.
Continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity in the chambers, with alerts about deviations — the storage mode is not just a promise.
The warehouse management system keeps records of stock, expiry dates and batches. You can see your goods and their movements.
Orders are assembled by batch and expiry date (FEFO), packed into SafePack thermal containers and dispatched for transport.
Control of expiry dates and batches, with timely notifications — write-offs of expired stock are kept to a minimum.
Full documentary traceability for every batch — material for your quality department and for inspections.

You can use the warehouse as a buffer: for promotions and seasonal peaks, while your own warehouse is being built, or for imported batches before customs clearance. You can start with a single pallet.
Submit your inbound request in advance: an electronic request in the WMS by 16:30 on the day before arrival, unless the contract states otherwise. After that everything runs in the system: a check of the documents and delivery conditions, unloading, a count by quantity, batch and expiry date, and placement at a storage location. If anything is wrong, we take photos and draw up a discrepancy report; cargo with deviations goes into quarantine under temperature control, and we notify the client’s manager in writing.
We monitor temperature and humidity around the clock with automated systems. Readings are stored for five years, instruments are verified every year, and sensors are placed at critical points according to the results of temperature mapping. If a deviation is imminent, at least two responsible employees receive a notification, and we regularly test that the alert system works.
If a discrepancy is identified at receiving, we record it, place affected cargo under the required conditions and notify the client. Contact your manager to agree the next step.
