ABOUT BIOCARD

BIOCARD has worked in temperature-controlled logistics since 1989 and clinical trial logistics since 2007. We transport medicines, vaccines, biological samples and other sensitive medical cargo, and provide customs clearance, warehouse services and SafePack thermal containers. Our customers include pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, laboratories and research organisations.
Since 1989 we have delivered hundreds of thousands of shipments while maintaining strict temperature control requirements. We use our own storage facilities and vehicle fleet, and our freight forwarders are trained to handle thermolabile cargoes and respond to emergencies. As a licensed customs broker since 2013, we handle customs procedures and prepare export & import documentation in-house.
We provide order tracking and documents through our client account and mobile app. SafePack containers, cool packs and SmartSensor loggers are developed by BIOCARD. Suitable configurations with Max cool packs maintain the required temperature for up to 96 hours under their test conditions; a particular route and a dry-ice shipment need their own assessment.
