BIOCARD takes on the whole journey of a medicine — from the factory to the patient: healthcare supply chain logistics in one place. Temperature-controlled transport, groupage and international shipments, customs clearance, Class A warehouse storage, SafePack thermal containers supplied for delivery, clinical trial logistics and biomaterial transport, including medical courier pick-up and delivery of biological samples. This is not a set of contractors but one working model: one coordinating team for the whole cold chain. The plan connects manufacturer and recipient while maintaining the required temperature. Storage is arranged separately from the public transport offer.
We coordinate the logistics chain with our own equipment and operations wherever possible. We make SafePack thermal containers and SmartSensor temperature loggers ourselves and have a 30,000 m² warehouse in Vyrubovo (Moscow Region), our own fleet, a development team and a customs broker. The fewer the hand-offs between contractors, the fewer the places where the temperature mode can slip or responsibility can be lost. You get end-to-end temperature control and one team accountable for the result.

Temperature-controlled pharma transport

SafePack equipment
Our own SafePack thermal containers and SmartSensor temperature loggers. Modes from deep freezing to +25 °C; the containers hold the temperature with no external power for up to 96 hours in selected validated PCM configurations under their specified test conditions. Request and quote
You submit a request — we choose the temperature mode, packaging and route for your cargo and calculate the delivery. One contact for all services.

Packaging and loggers
The cargo is packed into a SafePack thermal container for the required mode, and a SmartSensor logger is placed inside — it records temperature, humidity, shocks and light (light shows whether the package was opened).

Transport and control
We ship with our own vehicles or multimodally. The data is read from the logger through a network of receivers in vehicles and warehouses, without opening the box.

Delivery and report
We deliver hand to hand, with closing documents. The temperature history of the whole route can be issued as a PDF report; the temperature report is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order.

Equipment registered as a medical device
Reusable SafePack medical thermal containers are registered as a medical device. Selected PCM configurations hold the required range for up to 96 hours under their specified test conditions. Dry ice is available in compatible models and needs a separate shipment plan. When you order a delivery, they are supplied with it and included in its price; we arrange the return of the packaging.

How do you control and record temperature during transport?
A SmartSensor temperature logger is placed in the shipment. It records temperature, humidity, shocks and light — light shows whether the package was opened. The logger is passive, and its battery lasts several years with no recharging. The data is read without opening the box, through a network of receivers in vehicles and warehouses, by phone or with the app. This is a complete and reliable temperature history of the whole route, not a stream of data during the trip; it can be issued as a PDF report, and the temperature report is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order.

Get a quote and agree the next step
Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.
Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
