BIOCARD has successfully passed and continuously passes audits performed by leading companies in Russia and Europe and Russian regulatory authorities.

A comprehensive audit allows us to upgrade the quality of services provided, receive an independent assessment of the current standing, update a development strategy, improve the professionalism of the company's employees, further growth and development.

The audits also serve to identify "bottlenecks" in the logistics system, define the ways to resolve them, and achieve operating objectives. Audit of warehousing logistics provides an objective conclusion and allows to streamline processes of cargoes acceptance, storage, shipment, and accounting. BIOCARD also passes the shipments audit which is aimed at analyzing potential complaints from customers, evaluating services indicators, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, identifying weaknesses, improving routes, and assessing the state of the vehicle fleet.

How to arrange an audit at BIOCARD

  • Audits are available to clients whose contract includes a confidentiality clause. A separate confidentiality agreement is not required.
  • Send your account manager a request at least 30 calendar days before your proposed visit.
  • Our Quality Department will agree the date and prepare the documents for your audit programme and the warehouse premises.
  • Photography and video recording on the premises are prohibited.
  • Supplier assessment questionnaires are completed by our Quality Department together with the relevant teams.
