Refrigerated truck transport
Dedicated refrigerated vehicles for larger temperature-sensitive consignments and agreed delivery schedules.

Pharmaceutical courier delivery door to door: from 24 hours across western Russia, from 48 hours to the other regions. We hold the temperature from +2…+8 °C down to −70 °C along the whole route — on our own equipment and with responsibility set out in the contract.
Choose the destination and shipment dimensions to see the published 2026 tariff, delivery time and what is included. The full tariff and surcharges use the same source.
Shipments at the same temperature may share containers; different temperatures use separate containers.
If the medicine may be transported without outer group cartons, enter individual package dimensions and quantities. This can improve packing and allow a smaller container. The manufacturer and your GDP requirements determine whether this is allowed. Do not remove packaging containing the leaflet without the manufacturer’s approval.
Not sure of the dimensions? Choose a similar package. We will show a price range because the cost depends on dimensions. We will confirm the exact price once the dimensions are known.
Purchase: the containers are yours to keep. Prices follow the 2025 SafePack list excluding VAT. In the total, 22% VAT is added to cool packs bought separately or beyond the full set and to bags; a container with its full set of cool packs, and the logger, are VAT-exempt. You do not need to buy a container for delivery: the tariff already includes a container and logger. We will agree how to hand over the goods in your request. Purchase and delivery have separate documents. All thermal container prices
Includes a SafePack thermal container, SAFEPACK S3 BT temperature logger, shipment insurance up to ₽3 million, door-to-door delivery and one hour for loading.
The simplest way to start is under the General Terms. Without negotiating a separate contract: we work under General Terms (official Russian PDF) and this tariff.

What is included
Temperature-controlled transport of medicines is what we do: we carry medicines, vaccines and biomaterials and keep them at the required temperature along the whole route — from +2…+8 °C for vaccines to deep freezing at −70 °C on dry ice. Small shipments travel in thermal containers, urgent ones by air transportation of medicines, large consignments in a refrigerated truck, and cargo from abroad through international transport with customs clearance.
We coordinate the logistics chain with our own resources wherever possible: we make SafePack thermal containers ourselves, fit them with our own SmartSensor temperature loggers (they record temperature, humidity, shocks and light along the whole route), manage the order on our own platform, store the cargo at our 30,000 m² Class A warehouse for medicines in Vyrubovo near Odintsovo and deliver with our own fleet. Transport is part of our full-cycle pharmaceutical logistics. Offices in Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, St Petersburg and Dubai. Delivering health!
We work with temperature-sensitive medical cargo in all four main modes — chilled (+2…+8 °C), room temperature (+15…+25 °C), frozen (−20 °C) and deep freezing on dry ice (−70 °C).
Immunobiological medicines that are sensitive to both heat and freezing. We hold +2…+8 °C along the whole route and the logger record confirms it, so that the batch arrives fit for use. More details: vaccine transportation.
A precise +2…+8 °C mode along the whole route, including delivery to a pharmacy or to the patient — protection from overheating in the cargo area in summer and from freezing in winter.
Sera, immunoglobulins, allergens — sensitive to the slightest fluctuations. The logger records temperature and humidity every minute along the whole route, which reduces the risk of hidden spoilage.
Expensive and often irreplaceable batches. SafePack thermal containers hold the temperature mode for up to 96 hours without external power (selected validated PCM configurations, specified test conditions), so the cargo stays protected even if the journey is delayed.
Fragile protein molecules that are sensitive to heat and shaking. Our loggers record not only temperature but also humidity, shocks and light — the readings show whether the cargo was handled with care and whether the package was opened.
Diagnostic kits with a narrow temperature range. We select the right mode (from freezing to room temperature) for each specific kit, so that the reagents arrive in working condition.
Blood components and clinical trial materials with strict temperature ranges. We carry them in boxes tested for holding the temperature mode, with no need to wait for a whole refrigerated truck — from a single box. More details: biomaterial transportation.
Investigational medicinal products, comparator drugs, placebo and kits for study centres. We have handled this logistics since 2007, with our own customs clearance. More details: clinical trial logistics.
We hold the temperature not with promises but with our own equipment at every step. Thermal containers, loggers, platform, warehouse and vehicles are all ours, so we run the whole route turnkey and take responsibility for the cargo door to door. Few companies on the market control so many links of the chain themselves — and we do it precisely so as not to lose quality at the hand-offs.
We supply a SafePack thermal container with prepared cool packs. The sender places the cargo in the inner liner; the driver closes and seals the container. Do not change the coolant layout. Initial dry-ice loading is performed at our warehouse, and any replenishment on a long route is agreed separately. The thermal containers are registered as a medical device, and the selected configuration has a validated holding time.
We put our own logger in every container — a genuine Bluetooth IoT device. It records four parameters at once: temperature, humidity, shocks and light (the light reading shows whether the package was opened). The device is reliable — its battery lasts several years, so there is no need to charge it on the way. Readings are collected automatically, with no buttons and no human factor.
The data is read from the logger automatically at checkpoints along the route — through receivers in our vehicles and at our warehouses, by the courier's phone or by our app. The logger records the whole route, and the temperature report with the full graph is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order. Our own IT team develops the platform and the app.
Between the legs of the journey the cargo is held at our 30,000 m² Class A warehouse in Vyrubovo (Moscow Region), with separate zones for each temperature mode. On the route we use our own fleet, and we stay responsible for the temperature and the cargo right up to hand-over to the recipient.
The temperature report — a PDF with the full temperature graph for the whole route, ready material for your quality and audit department — is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order. We write the required mode directly into the contract, and we are responsible for the temperature inside our SafePack thermal container.
We select a SafePack container and cool packs for each specific medicine. Four working modes cover almost all medicines and pharmaceuticals. Select a mode — we will show what we carry in it.
Vaccines, insulins, biologics, many reagents and sera. The most common pharma mode — we hold it along the whole route, and the logger records the temperature all the way.
Tablets, solutions and most "ordinary" medicines that must neither freeze in winter nor overheat in the back of a vehicle in summer.
Frozen plasma and some biologics and reagents. Special boxes with cool packs hold the sub-zero temperature without a power socket.
Temperature-sensitive vaccines, biosamples and clinical trial materials. Dry ice does not leak — the cargo stays dry. Dry ice itself sublimates at about −78.5 °C, and as it evaporates the temperature in the box rises, so we label the transport mode as −70 °C.
In rare, individual cases we also ship in intermediate modes (for example, +8…+15 °C), as well as cryogenic cargo in Dewar vessels at −196 °C (liquid nitrogen — for biomaterials). These are highly specialised shipments arranged for a specific request, with strict compliance with safety rules.
One temperature mode, different ways to ship. We choose according to the size of the consignment and its urgency.
For small and urgent door-to-door shipments, including by air. Our own thermal containers hold the temperature mode without external power for up to 96 hours in selected validated PCM configurations under their specified test conditions.
When the volume is small and a separate vehicle would be excessive, boxes and pallets travel on a shared run on a schedule, with the same temperature mode and loggers: temperature-controlled groupage cargo.
For large consignments, pallets and regular scheduled deliveries — refrigerated truck transportation with a single stable temperature mode along the whole route.
We have been in the cold chain for 37 years (since 1989) and carry medicines for companies that do not tolerate temperature errors. We deliver not boxes but health — and we answer for it at every degree of the route.
SafePack containers, SmartSensor loggers, the platform and personal account, the warehouse in Vyrubovo, the fleet and the IT team are all our own. Our equipment, operations and IT team work within one coordinated service. The more links of the chain we control, the lower the risks for your cargo.
You do not have to bring several companies together — import, customs, warehouse, delivery. One contract, one contact, one party responsible for temperature and timing from your warehouse to the recipient. Everything stays under our control, not a dozen intermediaries between you and your cargo.
We hold a pharmaceutical licence for the storage and transport of medicines and an ISO 9001 certificate, and we work according to GDP rules (Good Distribution Practice for medicinal products). This is the language your quality department speaks.
For almost 20 years we have worked with sensitive clinical trial cargo — materials, samples, comparator drugs. International providers were leaving the Russian market — we stayed. You should not have to change your partner halfway through a study.
We handle customs clearance ourselves rather than through an intermediary. Fewer hand-offs of the cargo means fewer chances to disrupt the timing and the temperature mode at the border.
We are not a start-up that learns on your cargo. Behind us are cold chain practice and a client list that includes Novo Nordisk, Sanofi, Abbott, Astellas, Teva, Stada, KRKA, Gedeon Richter, Lundbeck, Lancet and Pharm-Sintez.
A Class A warehouse, SafePack thermal containers, scanner-assisted receiving and a branded refrigerated fleet — the whole chain in one pair of hands.

BIOCARD's flagship service is urgent courier delivery of medicines in SafePack thermal containers, door to door, including by air. We collect the cargo from the sender, hold the temperature along the whole route and hand it over to the recipient in person.
Moscow, St Petersburg, Central Russia, the North-West, the South and the Volga region — subject to flight availability.
The Urals, Siberia, the Far East and remote cities — we agree the exact time in advance.
International shipments. Two regular routes: China → Russia (substances, finished medicines, equipment) and the UAE / Persian Gulf countries. Our own customs broker since 2013 — we handle clearance ourselves, not through an intermediary.
We are close to you. Offices in Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, St Petersburg and Dubai. We deliver across Russia — from Kaliningrad (an exclave; we take care of the border formalities) to the Far East.
Need to save money? For cargo that is not time-critical there is temperature-controlled groupage transport on a schedule — cheaper, a little slower. We will choose the best option for your cargo and budget.
How much does it cost? Our rate has no surcharges for temperature control, vehicle arrival or idle time — we will explain what it consists of and calculate it for your shipment. What clients write about us is in the reviews; our licence and certificates are in the documents section.
Successful use of Safepack thermal containers… the best solution today in terms of transport reliability and optimisation of warehouse processes.

Yes. We hold a pharmaceutical licence for the storage and transport of medicines and an ISO 9001 certificate, and we work according to GDP rules (Good Distribution Practice for medicinal products). We have also had our own customs broker since 2013 and experience in clinical trial logistics since 2007.
Choose one that can confirm five things: a pharmaceutical licence, work under GDP rules, its own proven packaging, a temperature logger in the shipment and responsibility for the temperature mode in the contract. BIOCARD has all of these: a licence, GDP and ISO, our own SafePack thermal containers and a logger in the shipment. We write the temperature mode into the contract, and we are responsible for the temperature inside our SafePack thermal container.
In a thermal container with cool packs prepared for the +2…+8 °C mode and with a temperature logger inside. SafePack thermal containers hold the mode for up to 96 hours without external power (selected validated PCM configurations, specified test conditions), and the logger records the temperature along the whole route. The temperature report is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order.
Refrigerated transport is a special case: a separate vehicle with a refrigeration unit for a large consignment and a single temperature mode for the whole route. Temperature-controlled transport is the whole service: the same temperature control, but by any suitable method — in a SafePack thermal container, on a groupage run or in a refrigerated truck, within Russia and abroad.
Tell us what needs to go where — we will work out the route, transit time and cost for your temperature mode. Straight figures, no small print. Afterwards, the temperature report for the whole route is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order. Delivering health!
