BIOCARD BIOCARD is glad to announce that now all customers will be able to use the new Service Quality Assessment System directly in their personal accounts at https://my.biocard.com/. Upon your order completion, a form will appear in your account asking to evaluate the services on a 1-10 scale.

The Customer Service Department in collaboration with the IT department of BIOCARD developed this system to quickly receive feedback from customers on each order and constantly improve the quality of service.
